Last updated: 20 April 2026

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using My Study Diary you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

My Study Diary is a personal study-tracking tool provided by Struan. We provide it on an “as is” basis and do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

3. Your account

  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
  • You agree to provide accurate information and not impersonate others.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to break, probe, or reverse-engineer the service.
  • Use My Study Diary to store unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
  • Resell, sublicense, or use the service in a way that overloads our infrastructure.

5. Your data

You retain all rights to the study data you put into My Study Diary. We only process it to deliver the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export or delete it at any time.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

My Study Diary is provided without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (including loss of data, study progress, or exam outcomes). Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under English law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the Account section. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms after reasonable notice (or immediately for serious breaches).

8. Changes

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated by email (if you have an account) and the “Last updated” date above will change. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
